Program Details
SCHSA Care-on-Call Safety Detection Service Pilot Scheme for 24 months
Install Fall Detection Sensor in bedroom / living room / bathroom. The sensor will be monitored 24/7 by the Care-on-Call Center, which will provide emergency assistance when needed.
Eligibility
- Aged 75 or above
- Elderly living alone or elderly couple households (no domestic helper or other persons living together); and
- Priority given to those who have fallen or been hospitalized in the past 12 months

From now until 31 December 2025
Features
Activity Detection: The fall detection sensor uses AI millimeter-wave technology to help detect if an elderly person has fallen and cannot get up or has been inactive for a long time.
Two-Way Communication: When the sensor is triggered, it automatically connects to the 24-hour Care-on-Call Center. Staff will confirm the elderly person’s safety through two-way communication.
Emergency Support: If staff cannot confirm the elderly person’s safety, they will call emergency services and/or notify the designated contact person.
* Includes fall detection sensor, basic installation, 24-month detection and rescure service, telecommunication fees, and maintenance—all free of charge.
